What to expect when applying for Ontario Works.
Applicants are asked some basic questions and a time for an eligibility interview is set up with a case worker. Eligibility interviews take place at the Niigaaniin offices located at 64 Ball Park Road, Mississauga First Nation, Ontario. These interviews determine who is eligible for Employment and Financial Support. In exceptional circumstances, applicants in emergency situations may be given one-time emergency Employment and Financial Support.
