Education Director - Laurie Jacques

The Education Director oversees eductaional programs and services for The Mississauga First Nation.

Post-Secondary Eductation - Marlene Bruneau

The Post Secondary Counsellor provides educational counselling services to Secondary Students and Post-Secondary Students, assisting with financial allowances for students attending University and College course of study.

Adult Ed. Teacher/Literacy Skills Instructor - Vaughn Johnston

The Adult Ed Teacher/Literacy Skills instructor facilitates programs and services that promote basic numeracy and literacy development for First Nation residents.

Native Student Traditional Mentor - Joan Morningstar

The Native Student Traditional Mentor is situated in a classroom setting at the W.C. Eaket S.S.. Servcies for secondary students include assisting students in preparing for college/universirty life, incentives for students to complete their Grade 12.

Emiigwed Binoginh GeGo (Gifted Children Mentor) - Joan Daybutch

Research and development of specialized services for students with special needs pilot project. The goal of the Gifted Child Mentor is to indentify potential projects within Mississauga First Nation Community for students with special needs.

Librarian/Smoke Signal Editor - Clifford Niganobe

The librarian is housed in the Education Department main building. The Librarian oversees daily operation of the Mississauga First Nation Liibrary. The Librarian is also responsible for the production of the commuinity newsletter "The Smoke Signal".
