The Administration team assists in the daily operational aspects of Mississauga First Nation, striving to fulfill the directives set by the Chief and Council. The team of administrative personnel offers direction and assistance to the organization. They are responsible for creating and circulating agendas, minutes, notifications, and updates. Moreover, they coordinate events and handle various inquiries coming from community members, external collaborators, funders, agencies, the broader public, and the media.

dIRECTOR OF oPERATIONS
The Director of Operations is a senior management role responsible for providing leadership and support to all programs within the Mississauga First Nation Administration. This includes financial administration, organizational management, supervision, leadership and planning, networking, and more. The Director reports to the Chief and Council and oversees the coordination and management of the organization's administration and operations. The key functions include managing financial negotiations, overseeing budget adherence, conducting employee performance appraisals, representing the Nation at conferences, networking with government officials, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. |
