Since its inception in 2010, there has been an increase in the number of partnerships within the MFN community; with the North Shore, government, and other agencies. In 2013, the focus was on health and safety which saw overall improvements in safety protocols in our organization. In 2014, the focus was on recruitment and selection processes which supported a growth in the number of new employees. In 2015, the focus was on training and development so that our employees are able to perform effectively and develop professionally. |
