These vital documents are maintained on our website for a minimum of ten years, ensuring prolonged public accessibility. Furthermore, the Act mandates that the Minister of Indigenous Services Canada also display these documents on the departmental website promptly after they are received from the First Nation or made publicly available. The documents hosted on our site, conforming to the Government of Canada's Terms and Conditions, are the latest versions provided to ISC/CIRNAC. They have been meticulously prepared by Mississauga First Nation and audited or reviewed by independent external auditors. In our effort to ensure timely information dissemination, these documents are published on our website as soon as they are made available to us or are publicly posted. As these records are produced by Mississauga First Nation, they are presented in the language in which we receive them. |
